CyberTips Terms and Conditions


CyberTips Newsletter Program, Real Estate CyberSpace Society and Peckham Boston Advisors LLC. (CNP) retain the exclusive copyright ownership of all Newsletter content except for any custom designed graphics including masthead and logo; personal column or disclosure created by Subscriber. Subscriber may distribute the Newsletter to its e-mail list without any volume restriction and may post a link to the Newsletter on its primary web site. Subscriber may not reproduce any additional print copies of the Newsletter or content without the prior written approval of CNP. CNP retains the ownership of all content and all portions thereof. CNP does not transfer any ownership and the Subscriber may not reproduce, transfer, or transmit, in any form or by any means any content or any portion thereof except as provided herein without the prior written consent of CNP. Subscriber will not use the Newsletter content as a component of or the basis of any other publication prepared by Subscriber and will neither duplicate nor alter the content in any manner nor use the content for sale or distribution. The Subscriber shall take reasonable precautions to limit the usage of the newsletter content to those specifically authorized by this license. The license granted herein may not be assigned by the Subscriber to any third party without the express written consent of CNP. Neither CNP nor its sources make any warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of information contained in the Newsletter, which is provided "as is" without warranty as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, or results. Neither CNP nor any employees, affiliates, associates or business affiliates shall be liable for any errors or omissions nor shall they be liable for any damages arising out of use of the newsletter information, whether direct or indirect, special or consequential.

Payment Terms: In purchasing you acknowledge that you are purchasing a subscription to the newsletter for twelve consecutive months. The month in which your first issue is processed shall be your Annual Renewal Month. You may not skip a month and extend your subscription beyond twelve calendar months. Credit card charges may appear as payable to the Real Estate CyberSpace Society or Peckham Boston Advisors LLC

CyberSpace Radio/TV, Real Estate CyberSpace Society and Peckham Boston Advisors LLC. (CRP) retain the exclusive copyright ownership of all Radio/TV content Subscriber may not reproduce any content without the prior written approval of CRP. CRP retains the ownership of all content and all portions thereof. CNP does not transfer any ownership and the Subscriber may not reproduce, transfer, or transmit, in any form or by any means any content or any portion thereof. Neither CRP nor its sources make any warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of information contained in the Newsletter, which is provided "as is" without warranty as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, or results.
