Society RECS Mather Closes 5th 1998 Internet Deal.

Real Estate CyberSpace Society member Thomas L Mather,CCIM, RECS has just closed on a Tractor Supply Company NNN in Georgetown, TX. The property sold for $1.475M, Cap 9.64%. Tom represented the Seller in the transaction with an assumable loan with MetLife.The Texas developer had a fee agreement with Tom after flying into Indianapolis to meet and discuss the property. This Tom's fifth property to close in 1998 through the use of the Internet.
