The Real Estate CyberSpace Society has announced the opening of its Real Estate On-line Library with the complete text on-line publication of Dr. Mark Lee Levine's latest and most comprehensive 3-volume work "Exchanging Real Estate".

John Peckham, Executive Director, "cut the ribbon" on the library and explained that the full text on-line publication of Dr. Levine's new book is a milestone in on-line publishing. "Exchanging Real Estate" is joined by "Master Guide to Income Property Brokerage" (Prentice-Hall, 14 printings) in the Real Estate Cyberspace Society's Real Estate On-Line Library.

Peckham disclosed that access to the publications in the Society's On-Line Library is available to the public as an industry service and without cost. He stated that the Library joins the Society's Real Estate CyberSpace Radio (RECR) that commenced on-line broadcasting in April 1999 to provide 30-minute briefings and in depth coverage of major industry technology events to Society members and the industry in general. RECR currently broadcasts over 80 briefings selectable and playable at the visitors' direction.

Dr. Levine is the Director of the Burns School of Real Estate, at the University of Denver and has long been in the forefront of Real Estate education. "Dr. Levine's numerous books (22 of them) have helped thousands of practitioners to cope with many issues such as tax deferred exchanging. He has also published over 240 articles and publications and appeared on the platform over 300 times in the United States and internationally. More importantly, perhaps, Levine is a "real" broker and is active in the real estate "real" world as a CCIM, CRE, MAI, CIPS, and RECS plus many additional professional designations. He is also a tax and real estate attorney.

According to Peckham, Levine and his staff have made a giant contribution to real estate professionals operating in cyberspace with his "Global Real Estate Project," a highly usable and valuable reference tool for international Real Estate research." Peckham said "The Society chose to debut its new Real Estate On-Line Library with Dr. Levine's brand new 3 volume leading work on exchanging real estate because of it's in depth information on current exchange cases, revenue rulings, revenue procedures, articles and other authorities in this important tax field."

The Real Estate CyberSpace Society provides its 3000 members in 80 Chapters with information on real estate technology issues and strategies and a networking connection for professionals from all real estate specialties. He invited the real estate community and the public to visit the Real Estate CyberSpace Society at www.REcyber.com where they can access the significant Society recourses, including the Real Estate On-Line Library and Real Estate CyberSpace Radio, without charge.
