Armed with 48 in depth interviews with high profile and high producing real estate professionals "in the can", John M. Peckham, III, Executive Director of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society has announced the debut of Real Estate CyberSpace Radio (RECR) as an industry service on the Internet.

The first briefings released to the public on RECR include a complete and timely briefing with Y2K expert Matthew Ferrara; a classic briefing with the most despised man on the Internet, the "King of Spam" Sanford Wallace; an often hilarious and informative interview with cyber financing Guru George BlackBurne and an information packed briefing with nationwide Internet trainer, Michael Russer.

The Real Estate CyberSpace Society will provide continuing Internet broadcast briefings with a wide range of experts on Real Estate CyberSpace Radio. According to Peckham, who acts as host of Real Estate CyberSpace Radio, 48 briefings are currently available to Society members. These include experts from various real estate specialties and disciplines.

To illustrate the wide range of featured briefings currently available to Society members, Peckham provided the following examples from the RECR program guide:

Internet Trainers include Mathew Ferrara, Saul Klein, Kevin McCarthy, Mike Barnett, Wally Bock and Alan Hainge.

Peckham explained that the Society waited until technology was released allowing those on the Internet to easily listen to audio without "jumping through hoops". Peckham says, "The age of easy Internet Audio has arrived with the advent of technology such as RealAudio which comes with the latest versions of Netscape and Internet Explorer. They handle 95% of the Browsing activity on the Web." He added, "If a listener arrives at Real Estate Cyberspace Radio all they have to do is pick the interview they want to listen to, click on the speaker icon, wait 30 seconds for Real Audio to start up, sit back and get briefed by some very savvy guests!"

Peckham said that listeners particularly like the ability to tune in to the briefings while accomplishing other chores on the Web. "It's really a neat experience now that technology has caught up in this area", he said. "The whole process is hassle free and if by chance any visitors arrive without Real Audio already on their system it can be downloaded on the spot. It's a real simple process."

Real Estate CyberSpace Radio rebroadcasts special interviews from the "Real Estate Cyberspace Alert" the Real Estate CyberSpace Society's member briefing service that is also delivered every 60 days to Society members on a 90 minute audio tape. A newsletter providing members with a print summary of each briefing accompanies each interview audiotape. Peckham said "Through these briefings visitors can eavesdrop on the world's most successful real estate professionals as they share their trade secrets on how to sell, finance and acquire real estate in cyberspace along with lots of tips on how to promote their properties and services in Cyberspace."

At RECR Background information on any of the interviewees can be viewed with a click. Society members can go one step further there and click to a print summary that includes direct links to all resources mentioned in each briefing.

The Real Estate Cyberspace Society provides its members with information on Real Estate Internet issues and strategies, and a common meeting ground for professionals from all Real Estate specialties. Peckham invited the Real Estate community and the public to visit and listen to the current selection of audio briefings on Real Estate Cyberspace Radio at:
