On Wednesday October 9th the New England Real Estate Journal and three major real estate organizations in New England will cosponsor a one day seminar entitled "Real Estate Cyberspace Strategies’ to be held at the main auditorium at the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston.

The New England Chapter of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, The Commercial Investment Leasing Committee of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and The Massachusetts Association of Realtors are cosponsoring the seminar which will be held from 9:am to 4:00pm.

Donald Eaton, President of the New England Chapter of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute described the seminar as a practical down to earth training session which will prepare participants to multiply their income by using the new Cyberspace tools available today. He said that the seminar’s purpose is to help members develop their individual or company potential for harnessing the power of today’s Cyberspace tools. He concluded by stating that the one day seminar is designed to get attendees quickly and effectively operating in the Cyberspace age.

The seminar will feature John M Peckham III who has been described by The Real Estate Intelligence Report and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Journal as "The template for future real estate brokers". He started using technology to sell investment property in 1963 when he founded Data Realty Corp. Since then he has sold over a BILLION dollars in real estate using technology. Peckham has trained C&I real estate professionals in 44 States

and several foreign countries. He is a past Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and The Commercial Investment Technology Committee of the 700,000 member National Association of Realtors.

How to get started in Cyberspace NOW. How to use the INTERNET to market your real estate. How to get incredible – almost instantaneous responses. How to tap into a World Wide market from your desk . How to instantly locate the type of properties you want. How to build a Cyberspace clientele. How to locate the lender or joint venture partner for your deal.

Peckham stated that "Real estate Cyberspace Strategies" is "not a techie- nerd course. It’s for all the rest of us Dummies!". He explained that the seminar is designed to help real estate professionals expand their business in a quick an inexpensive way. "In one day we’ll get participants quickly and effectively into the Cyberspace age", he concluded

The total cost for "Real Estate Cyberspace Strategies" is $125 which includes all materials including free software. Registrations received by September 18th will receive early the early registration discounted fee of $95. A group discount is available to sponsoring organizations.
