Real Estate CyberSpace Radio (RECR) today released excerpts from their February briefings. In three interviews, Rob Levy, Allen Hainge and Stu Siegel present the marketing solutions being used by top agents to boost their bottom line and to win and maintain a competitive advantage in their markets.

The lead briefing is with cyberagent Rob Levy, whose innovative techniques for using the Internet for real estate marketing make him a frontrunner in a very tech-savvy market. Levy defines two non-traditional approaches that have been successful for him-viral marketing and stealth marketing. Listeners benefit not only from the primary concepts Levy presents but also from his practical examples of how to implement the concepts and from the fine-tuning tips Levy discovered through trial-and-error research on his own web sites. Levy goes into detail about how he promotes and coordinates multiple web sites to generate leads and to convert them to clients. According to Levy, "the challenge after capturing stealth contact information is to sell Internet buyers on [his] service." He offers a way to meet the challenge of bonding with Internet buyers as well as a way to convert FSBOs to clients. Levy enhances his web marketing by incorporating high-tech tools and services on his sites, and he shares his favorites with listeners.

In the second interview, national trainer and marketing expert Allen Hainge opens with his observation about the industry that "most [real estate professionals] have really not caught on to the power of web sites." He proceeds to educate listeners about the power that web sites can have and how to harness it through the concept of "web-centric marketing." Hainge itemizes some common mistakes among agents. The posting of listings, for example, is one important task that many agents don't realize they mishandle. He also enumerates some "to dos" that agents should be sure to follow. Two of the critical areas that he addresses are web site content and web site promotion. Hainge has specific suggestions about what to include to appeal to Internet consumers and how to generate traffic to a site in the first place. As real life illustrations, he cites the practices of top-producing agents by name, and he refers listeners to resources to support their own web-marketing efforts.

In the wrap-up briefing, real estate executive and technology pioneer Stu Siegel tells listeners how to drive their way to success using the powerful tools offered by his company. eNeighborhoods specializes in providing agents and MLSs with "blended data" about properties and communities. Siegel keys in on the marketing trends impacting the industry now and into the future. He notes that their consequence is that "agents need to differentiate themselves and to win loyalty from their clients." He explains how the data-related tools from eNeighborhoods can help agents meet the challenge. The suite of products and services can be selectively used by agents to enhance their own web sites and everyday business practices in a variety of ways. Siegel foresees the industry becoming even more competitive in the next three years, placing greater demand on agents to employ technology to their benefit.
