Prudential Florida Realty Announces Real Estate Cyberspace Society Designation Seminar In Orlando OnJune 4th and 5th

Prudential Florida Realty will feature a Real Estate Cyberspace Society Seminar in Orlando on June 4th and 5th as part of it's Annual Education Conference. "SELLING REAL ESTATE IN CYBERSPACE" will feature John M Peckham III, Executive Director of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society, Boston, Massachusetts.

Linda Burger of Prudential Florida, described the seminar as a practical down to earth training session which will prepare participants to multiply their income by using the very latest Cyberspace tools available today. She said that the seminar's purpose is to help attendees develop their individual or company potential for harnessing the power of today's Cyberspace tools. She concluded by stating that the two sessions are designed to get attendees quickly and effectively operating in the Cyberspace age.

The seminar will be conducted be John M Peckham III, CCIM, RECS who has been described by The Real Estate Intelligence Report as "The template for future real estate brokers". He started using technology to sell investment property in 1963 when he founded Data Realty Corp. Since then he has sold over a BILLION dollars in real estate using technology. Peckham, who serves as Executive Director of The Real Estate CyberSpace Society, has trained real estate professionals in 44 States and several foreign countries. He is a past Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, The Commercial Investment Technology Committee of the 700,000 member National Association of Realtors and was the Charter President of the New England CCIM Chapter.

Burger stated that some of the seminar topics will include:

  • How to get started in Cyberspace NOW.
  • How to set up your own high powered CYBER MARKETING PLAN.
  • How to get incredible - almost INSTANTANEOUS RESPONSES.
  • How to master the SELLING POWER OF E-MAIL.
  • How to promote your self and your product-quickly and inexpensively.
  • How to build a Cyberspace clientele.

Peckham stated that "Selling Real Estate in CyberSpace" is "not a techie-nerd course. It's for all the rest of us Dummies!". He explained that the seminar is designed to help real estate professionals expand their business in a quick and inexpensive way. "In one day we'll get participants quickly and effectively into the Cyberspace age", he concluded.

Peckham further stated that, "The thought that the Internet will not play a major role in the lives of real estate investment people exists only in the land of delusion!"

"Where are we in Cyberspace?" Peckham mused. "We are standing at the doorway marked awesome! All of the pieces of the puzzle are in place .This seminar will help give attendees a level playing field so they can compete with the 23 year old kids coming into our real estate world. Peckham also announced that attendees will qualify for the professional designation RECS (Real Estate CyberSpace Specialist).
