Peckham to Speak at Orange County IREM Conclave In Anaheim on July 23.

The Orange County IREM Chapter will feature John M. Peckham III, Executive Director of Real Estate Cyberspace Society as part of it's conference to be held at the Anaheim Marriott on July 23rd.

"CyberSpace Magic-Promoting Your Services and Yourself" is a practical down to earth session which will prepare participants to multiply their income by using the very latest Cyberspace tools available today. The seminar's purpose is to help attendees develop their individual or company potential for harnessing the power of today's Cyberspace tools. The session is designed to get attendees quickly and effectively operating in the Cyberspace age.

The talk will be delivered by John M Peckham III, CCIM, CIPS, RECS who has been described by The Real Estate Intelligence Report as "The template for future real estate professionals". He started using technology to sell investment property in 1963 when he founded Data Realty Corp. Since then he has sold over a BILLION dollars in real estate using technology. Peckham, who serves as Executive Director of The Real Estate CyberSpace Society, has trained real estate professionals in 44 States and several foreign countries. He is a past Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, The Commercial Investment Technology Committee of the 700,000 member National Association of Realtors and was the Charter President of the New England CCIM Chapter.

Peckham stated that "CyberSpace Magic" is "not a techie-nerd talk. He explained that the talk is designed to help real estate professionals expand their business in a quick and inexpensive way. "We'll get attendees quickly and effectively into the Cyberspace age", he concluded Peckham further stated that, "The thought that the Internet will not play a major role in the lives of real estate investment people exists only in the land of delusion!"
