A major strategic alliance has been announced between the real estate education powerhouse, Inner Circle Education (ICE) and the rapidly growing Real Estate CyberSpace Society.
Jim Hogan, President of Inner Circle Education, the consortium of America's top educators that serves the real estate industry from 30 separate real estate schools in 27 states and Canada, explained that in May, as a result of the recently signed alliance with the Society, ICE schools will begin presenting the new two-day "Selling in CyberSpace" designation seminar specifically designed for residential real estate practitioners.
John M. Peckham III, RECS, Executive Director of the Real Estate CyberSpace Society said that ICE brings a broad geographic reach for the Society's RECS (Real Estate CyberSpace Specialist) designation program making it possible for most real estate professionals to achieve their RECS designation in their own back yard! The alliance with ICE also makes America's top educators available to deliver the Society's popular designation course frequently throughout the year.
Peckham who heads the Real Estate CyberSpace Society, with over 1500 members in 56 Chapters, in a report to Society members said, "We expect a dramatic increase in Society membership and service delivery as a result of this exciting alliance. The net result to existing Society members will be a solid expansion and upgrading of the already deep, numerous and effective member services---without any increase in member fees. The networking and Chapter benefits will also increase dramatically as the effects of the ICE alliance. In addition the visibility and prestige of the RECS designation will increase significantly. We are very pleased to have created this alliance with such a prestigious educational organization."
Peckham concluded by reporting that the Society will continue to deliver the Commercial /Investment version of "Selling in CyberSpace" designed for CCIM and SIOR Chapters, C&I Overlay Boards and other commercial firms and entities.
At the annual ICE conference in Orlando, Hogan expressed his enthusiasm for the alliance explaining that member schools across the country will be delivering the only Internet/Connectivity designation course designed to include continuous follow up support provided to attendees as a result of the membership in the Real Estate CyberSpace Society included in the course. "Our member schools are proud of this alliance as they prepare to bring this up to the minute package to the real estate profession across the country and in Canada."
