Major Real Estate Organizations To Sponsor Real Estate Cyberspace One Day Designation Seminar At FederalReserve Bank On April 9TH

On Thursday April 9th several major Real Estate organizations will cosponsor a one day seminar entitled "Selling Real Estate in CyberSpace" to be held at the main auditorium at the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston.

The Greater Boston Real Estate Board, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors, The New England Chapter of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, The New England Real Estate Journal and The Real Estate CyberSpace Society are cosponsoring the seminar which will be held from 9:am to 4:00pm. Attendance at the one day event will qualify Society members for the RECS (Real Estate CyberSpace Specialist) professional designation.

Roland Hopkins, Publisher of the Journal described the seminar as a practical down to earth training session which will prepare participants to multiply their income by using the very latest Cyberspace tools available today. He said that the seminar's purpose is to help members develop their individual or company potential for harnessing the power of today's Cyberspace tools. He concluded by stating that the one day seminar is designed to get attendees quickly and effectively operating in the Cyberspace age.

The seminar will be conducted be John M Peckham III, CCIM who has been described by The Real Estate Intelligence Report as "The template for future real estate brokers". He started using technology to sell investment property in 1963 when he founded Data Realty Corp. Since then he has sold over a BILLION dollars in real estate using technology.

Peckham, who serves as Executive Director of The Real Estate CyberSpace Society, has trained real estate professionals in 44 States and several foreign countries. He is a past Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, The Commercial Investment Technology Committee of the 700,000 member National Association of Realtors and was the Charter President of the New England CCIM Chapter.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to get started in Cyberspace NOW.
  • How to use the INTERNET to market your real estate.
  • How to get incredible - almost instantaneous responses.
  • How to master the selling power of E-mail.
  • How to promote your self and your product-quickly and inexpensively.
  • How to build a Cyberspace clientele.

Peckham stated that "Real Estate Cyberspace Strategies" is "not a techie-nerd course. It's for all the rest of us Dummies!". He explained that the seminar is designed to help real estate professionals expand their business in a quick an inexpensive way. "In one day we'll get participants quickly and effectively into the Cyberspace age", he concluded.

The total cost for "Real Estate Cyberspace Strategies" is $125 which includes all materials. Registrations received by March 18th may register at the early registration discounted fee of $105.
