If you have an opportunity, check out the CoStar Web site, you will find an article about a UK company, ITIVITI LTD. that located in St. Louis. My first international deal! And what fun. Thank you for all the ideas that have helped me get to the point where I can make deals like this happen.
By the way, over 95% of my business is done on the Internet. I have been in real estate for over 20 years, but not until recently been active as a broker. Since it is hard to break in to the business locally (because local companies already have a broker relationship) my strategy has been to boldly go where no broker has gone.....the Internet, and 90% of my clients are out of towners looking to locate in St. Louis. Besides ITIVITI, I have represented Rolls Royce and Bentley, Sun Communities, a national modular
housing developer, Kum & Go a national Oil company and soon to be rerepresenting a national restaurant chain, a cellular company from Calf, a
manufacturing company from Chicago, an investor from Gary Ind. , a boutique from Beverly Hills, a multifamily developer from West Virginia, etc.....And I have only been active for 1 1/2 years. But prior to that always tried to learn and embrace the new technologies.

I have followed all of Jack's other directions in setting up my personal site. I am part of the counseling section and I'm chapter chairman for the Grand Rapids chapter.
