As a result of the Cyber Space Society I went from a novice who had purchased his first modern computer just six months earlier to a Internet
expert. Ninety percent of my knowledge of the Internet and email came directly from listening to the Cyber Space Society's tapes. I would just
listen to the tapes, put what I heard into practice and bingo with a little hard work I was making big bucks. I'd be years behind where I am now without the Cyber Space Society's help. Thanks!

My daughter and her fiancee are looking for an apt. in the Waltham/Newton, etc. Mass area. They currently reside in Newport, Rhode Island. They have a dog....a huge problem in the rental market. (quite a shame as this dog does not bark, is an older dog, non-destructive, etc. They can afford up to 1,000 which would include utilities. Any comments/help would be greatly appreciated. Went to a seminar today presented by the appraisal institute called "Internet and Appraising"I was the last person they called on and I gave them a little info about me and told them I had a site that may help them a bit. Well after I signed onto recyber.com I had everyones attention. They turned the floor over to me and a 1/2 hour later the instructer had nothing else to add and dismissed the class. The enrollment of RECS should go up and I know that the Instructor will be adding it to the class as it is taught around the country and hopefully the appraisal institute will impliment it as a core requirement.

Jack, I talked about me in my last message. What I didn't do was say how very much I respect and applaud you for what you've done and are doing for the real estate community, both commercial and residential.
