Get the kids on the phone and call Santa before he packs up his sleigh and leaves the pole for your house.

You'll get right through and Santa picks up the phone 24/7 -- you can tell it's really him from his jolly laugh.

He gives the kids a few tips - including to be "good to your parents" and then takes down their wish list. Just be close to the phone incase their list included a Mercedes Benz convertible. With that information you can cut Santa off at the pass and grab the convertible for yourself.

Go ahead make some holiday fun. The kids will love it.

According to the UK Telegraph, spam calls are very high on the list of life's annoyances -- tied with stepping in dog poo.

The good folks at AARP have come up with a list of five things you can do to slow down the onslaught. They claim that these tricks have dropped the automated and live spam calls received by them by more than 90 percent.

Anything is worth a try.
