Tracey Rumsey is a loan officer with SWBC Mortgage in Bountiful, Utah. In the mortgage business since 1997, her knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA and Utah Housing lending is unsurpassed. She is a member of the Utah Mortgage Lenders Association (UMLA) and served as co-chair and chair for the UMLA Education Committee during 2006 and 2007. She is also a licensed real estate and mortgage continuing education instructor. Her first book, "Saving the Deal - How to Avoid Financing Fiascoes and Other Real Estate Dealers", AMACOM, New York, was released January 2008.

Brent Green has been in the mortgage industry since 1993. Brent is Vice President and Regional Operations Manager for First Place Bank. Brent oversees all lending, processing, underwriting and closing functions for the South East Michigan Region. He has his Direct Endorsement from HUD and his Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation. Brent also serves on the Board of Governors for the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association. Brent's experience covers everything from vacant land and new construction financing to investment property, government, & rehabilitation.
